Moving to Tenerife to start a new living experience in this dynamic island?

Well, It depends on what you want in life, for you and your family. Here some suggestion why to bet for the Tenerife lifestyle.

First you have to consider the climate: the Canary Islands, which are part of Spain and therefore of Europe, have an incredible benefit of a mild and dry climate all year round: not too cold in winter, not too warm in summer with an average of 24 C temperature. So if you put in your agenda the priority to live outside all year round and enjoy of sport activities such as tennis, paddle, golf, paragliding, horse riding, sailing or just walking, you don’t find this opportunity anywhere in Europe.

Second is the cheapest and safest place to live in the Western World and it’s infrastructure as schools, shops, restaurants, cultural life (OK, maybe in this last case some Spanish courses will help) and nightlife are 2nd to none in Europe.

Therd is a great opportunity for any kind of business thanks to his location between Europe, America and Africa with continuous new commercial routes opening up (think only to the waters offshore of Somalia which insecurity make business moving more to the west coast of Africa) and the Government incentives of the new ZEC area (duty free zone) and the RIC program (by reinvesting in the Canaries, a local Company pay only 5% tax).

Finally is a great place to live with your family due to the cosmopolitan atmosphere you get in South Tenerife and it’s quiet easy to make new friends, because life come first! Think about the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Carnival, which is considered to be the 3rd largest Carnival in the world. Yes, definitely local people know how to live well and now you know why the Canaries where called “Las Islas Afortunadas” (the lucky islands). You can be lucky too: live is only once!
