Q: Do we need to rent an auto?

A: We suggest to rent a car because is cheaper then a taxi and you can enjoy the whole island. Also the bus runs every given hour, but it’s always quiet crowded and sometimes nobody can be picked up at the Hotel Bahia Principe bus station.

 

Q: When is the best season to travel to the Canary Islands, specifically to Tenerife?

A: The Canary Islands enjoy the BEST CLIMATE WORLDWIDE because it’s mild, dry and without mosquitos and a lot of sunshine all year round, therefore most accommodations don’t need A/C or a heater system, as for Villa Caesar. In Winter the temperature close to the sea range between 19-26 C and in Summer 24-29 C.

 

Q: Why is this luxury holiday villa in Tenerife so cheap to rent, compared to other similar properties worldwide?

A: Because we want to sell it and we believe that you or another guest will like to buy it! It may also append that a real estate agent has some clients who want to visit the home and therefore we ask you to kindly cooperate and in the case the home will be sold to those clients, you get your holiday cost 100% back.

A: If you are considering to buy Villa Caesar, your holiday cost will be discounted from the 1470000 EUR selling price tag. This bonus offer system is also accumulable!

Q: Why we should consider Villa Caesar in Tenerife as our next holiday destination?

A: Villa Caesar is luxury behind imagination with an emphasis on space and privacy, away from mass tourism, but you get also the advantage of the big tourism industry of Tenerife in numbers of golf courses, amusement parks, international restaurants, shopping experience, adult’s entertainment and special events as concerts at affordable costs.

Q: If we want to rent Villa Caesar in Tenerife, how is the procedure?

A: If your dates are confirmed, we require 50% payment by credit card (+5%) or bank transfer and the other 50% is due in cash (only option) at arrival, plus 200 EUR security deposit you get back at departure. Once we get the down payment, we will email you the way description and our local contact person who will meet you at arrival and to whom you will pay the balance and the security deposit. In case of late arrival or night flight, you will find the home key in a special key-box by the entrance door and special instructions to remove the alarm will be emailed to you. In this case, the contact person will meet you the following morning around 10:00 AM.

Q: What is the purpose of the “security deposit”?

A: Is to cover small damages as glass cups, etc. and in case you did phone calls. Please remember you are fully responsible of any damages and you must take care of the home during your journey. If you have or see any problems, please contact our staff immediately.

Q: What do you mean to “take care”?

A: For example don’t use shoes inside the home because they will damages the marble floor. So use slippers instead. If a drink drops on the marble floor, please clean it immediately. In few words, use common sense, don’t act as “is not yours”, it’s a matter of respect!

Q: Is smoking allowed?

A: Only outside, in the terraces. If smoke is detected inside the home, you loose the security deposit

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: No, they can damage the furniture and the garden. Unfortunately we had enough bad experiences

Q: When is the check-in & check-out date & time?

A: There is not a specific date to come or leave, as well for the timetable at arrival, but in case we have the next guests coming the same day as your departure, you must leave the home at 10:00 AM. We will try to arrange for your baggage which you may collect later, but it’s not guaranteed.
